Routes for our Sunday club spins. Depending on the weather a route will be chosen on Friday or Saturday and posted on our Facebook page and Viber groups. For the chosen route could we stick to it for the first half hour or so in case anyone who can’t make the 09:30 start can meet up somewhere along the route. Also weather dependent, every 3 – 4 weeks we will incorporate a spin with a nice climb added… Shay Elliott, Slieve Maan, Wicklow Gap, Brown Mountain just to keep the climbers happy. For our upcoming 3 Peaks Challenge anyone who is interested in getting in some training for it are more than welcome to join our Sunday spins. We roll out from Fernhill Plaza every Sunday morning at 09:30.
