At next friday nights membership night France trip will be finalised so can everybody travelling please try to attend 14 of 15 places are filled so 1 place remains.

Deepest sympathies
The club would like to express its sympathies to committee member, Jacki Gannon for the sudden passing of her sister Tracy. Our prayers and thoughts are with her and her family at this time.
The funeral mass is at 11am in Aughrim, wednesday 26th with burial afterwards in Macreddin.

Sprocket Rocket training course
Today saw 2 more club members complete their Sprocket Rocket coaching course. El Presidiente Willy Murphy and myself along with Frank O’Leary made the 250 mile round trip to Moate in Westmeath to complete the course.

Friday 28th at 8pm in Willow Grove hall in Arklow and Saturday 29th at 8pm in the Loch Gorman hotel ,Gorey will be the clubs membership nights.
Club membership is €30, Underage is free.
Cycling Ireland fees are as follows: Club licence (for all local races, sportives etc. ) is €55 : Full open racing licence (A1-A4) [...] -

The Committee are meeting tomorrow night (Tuesday 11th) in the Loch Gorman pub, if any body has any outstanding monies can they please give it to a committee member ASAP…

weekly update
The underage coaching by Frank O’Leary yesterday in Arklow was a great success,with over 15 underage cyclists taking part. The course consisted of various bike handling techniques and all were well capable and comfortable with their bikes. beginner members of the club this Sat 8th Jan at 2pm. Venue is the Eircom car park,

New years greetings from France
Just a quick message from one of our old members, Arnuad Fournet who now lives in Versailles sends his new years greetings to the club. He still proudly wears his club colours riding up and down the french countryside.
